What are Bliss Breaks?

A Bliss Break® is an easy mental exercise to reduce stress, manifest peace and capture joy in your life. Each idea typically takes less than ten minutes, costs nothing, and can be done anytime, almost anywhere. Practicing a Bliss Break will support you to become more aware of the abundance and beauty already present in your life. Taking a moment in your day to acknowledge the power of your thoughts and the purpose of experiences can improve your health and well-being. There is a sacredness in everything you do. If you can find that perspective and step out of your preconceived notions, you will find that stress melts away, the creations of your desires surround you, and happiness is present in every encounter.

Emotions are so helpful and yet are often the first road block to accomplishing our desires.  They truly color every decision we make, so it is important to become keenly aware of what they are, where they come from and how to sit with them or shift them if we are experiencing challenging circumstances.  Bliss Breaks help you hit the pause button on life, on input and on emotions so that you can clear your head.  Once grounded we are in a better space to bow out of a situation, bring constructive ideas to manage it or allow it to resolve itself, without our meddling.  This is a new way to live, trusting the highest and best is unfolding - all the time.  You are powerful, so by affirming good instead of affirming bad - your draw to you what you desire and deserve.

Health
- Speaking our Truth

Health, our greatest gift can be elusive at times so it is helpful to remember, having a healthy heart, mind and soul is actually our nature - instead of something we strive toward, i's our default - sometime we return to.  The body is a fascinating series of interconnected systems, yet each cell knows exactly how to heal itself and bring it back into alignment with the other systems.  Providing good food, fluid for cleansing along with rest aid the body to return to homeostasis.  The same can be said for our head.  Our mind is so busy keeping us safe, trying to make sense of tremendous amounts of data coming at us - constantly, that it makes sense our mind needs (and deserves) regular resets and care and Bliss Breaks provide that.

Money
-For Prosperity

Money might seem like a silly place to start, but in our culture money is a significant source of stress and therefore is a powerful place to heal.  It  is important to note that money is God/Spirit/Energy in action - it is not inherently evil.  I provide you with a service and you show your gratitude and respect by exchanging money for my time.  Very simple and frankly quite a beautiful relationship.  So why all the stress?  It often comes down to our attitudes and beliefs about money and once shifted, our whole live experience is greatly enriched.  Imagine a world where everyone entered into every transaction with the love and peace!  The only way to heal the world is to start with ourselves, set a good example and others will follow.   Bliss Breaks can help.
